Bloody Caprese

Ingredients
  • 50 ml Vodka 23 infused with basil
  • 200 ml Tomato juice
  • 15 ml Lemon juice
  • 1 Bl Worchestershire Sauce
  • Pepper & salt
MOZZARELLA / BASIL ESPUMA:
  • 150gr Mozzarella
  • 5 – 6 Basil leafs
  • 3 Egg white
Preparation

Mix all ingredients except the espuma in a mixing glas.

Top with the mozzarella/basilikum espuma.
