Bloody Caprese
Ingredients
- 50 ml Vodka 23 infused with basil
- 200 ml Tomato juice
- 15 ml Lemon juice
- 1 Bl Worchestershire Sauce
- Pepper & salt
MOZZARELLA / BASIL ESPUMA:
- 150gr Mozzarella
- 5 – 6 Basil leafs
- 3 Egg white
Preparation
Mix all ingredients except the espuma in a mixing glas.
Top with the mozzarella/basilikum espuma.
