Ingredients
- 50 ml Vodka 23
- 50 ml Verjus
- 30 ml Suze
- 10 ml Sugar syrup
- 3 Slices ginger
- 2 Bl Paprika jelly
- 2 Branches of thyme
- 2 Branches of tarragon
- 20 ml Naturally cloudy apple juice
- 5 Drops Coriander Bitters
- Pinch of salt
Preparation
Slightly muddle ginger,thyme & tarragon. Add remaining ingredients and ice cubes before jolting. Sieve into the guest’s glas, double strain.
