Ingredients
  • 50 ml Vodka 23
  • 50 ml Verjus
  • 30 ml Suze
  • 10 ml Sugar syrup
  • 3 Slices ginger
  • 2 Bl Paprika jelly
  • 2 Branches of thyme
  • 2 Branches of tarragon
  • 20 ml Naturally cloudy apple juice
  • 5 Drops Coriander Bitters
  • Pinch of salt
Preparation

Slightly muddle ginger,thyme & tarragon. Add remaining ingredients and ice cubes before jolting. Sieve into the guest’s glas, double strain.
