Dirty Sour

Ingredients

• 60 ml Vodka 23
• 20 ml Lemon juice
• 10 ml Sugar syrup

Vermouth/Olive lake espuma

• 1 Piece olive lake
• 2 Pieces egg white
• 4 Pieces Noilly Prat Vermouth

Preparation

Jolt all ingredients on ice in a shaker, except the espuma. Sieve straight up into the guest’s glas.

Top with the Vermouth/Olive lake espuma.
