Dirty Sour

Zutaten

• 60 ml Vodka 23
• 20 ml Zitronensaft
• 10 ml Zuckersirup

Wermut/Olivenlake Espuma

• 1 Teil Olivenlake
• 2 Teile Eiweiß
• 4 Teile Noilly Prat Wermut

Zubereitung

Alle Zutaten, außer den Espuma, auf Eiswürfeln im Shaker gut durchschütteln. Straight up ins Gästeglas abseihen.

Mit dem Espuma toppen.
